Grove Property Fund LLC acquires well located retail and mixed use properties in communities with above average income levels. We purchase properties with redevelopment or expansion potential, as well as stabilized assets. Unlike many institutional buyers, Grove will purchase unanchored centers with a minimum size of 20,000 square feet. We can typically close a property within 60 days, and retail portfolios are welcomed.

Grove Property Fund was structured to allow for tax advantaged sales by property owners. By exchanging their equity for shares in Grove Property Fund, owners can defer all taxes, achieve diversification, eliminate personal guarantees on debt, escape day to day management, and simplify estate planning. Property owners can also exchange their equity for all cash, or a combination of cash and shares in Grove Property Fund.
